A seven year old Florida home-schooler helped deliver a petition pushing lawmakers to change the state's Virtual Education Law. Jessica previously attended private school, but when her father lost his job, tuition was too much. They thought the solution was Florida's Virtual School, but the law doesn't allow children to go that route unless they've spent one full year attending public school. The Florida Coalition of Virtual School Families has taken up the fight. View Video
